Amy Hudlemeyer is the daughter of David and Christy Prather of Gallatin, Missouri. She won the title of Miss URA in Topeka, Kansas, in November of 2007. During the competition she earned Miss Horsemanship and Miss Photogenic.
Amy is a freshman at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri; where she is double majoring in Animal Science and Agricultural Business. She hopes to run her own business after graduation.
Amy enjoys training horses, rodeo (especially barrels), and just being with horses in general. When she has time she also enjoys playing basketball and any other sports.
She believes that, “The greatest part of our happiness depends on our dispositions not our circumstance”, and applies this to anything and everything that she does, especially when things aren’t going great. She believes that this can be applied to everything in life.
